WooHoo!

We made it longer then previous pregnancies. We had a car accident on Tuesday night that scarred us. We headed to the doctor yesterday though and saw our little one kicking and waving away. It's so weird to see that and at the same time ironic. We saw our little one moving around with the pregnancy we had in the spring but so far so good with this one. yay! Well I have to head into the doctor for the massive head ache I've heaf since Tuesday from slamming my head into the head rest. Better get going.

Love you all.

Here we go.

So I have been having some spotting over the past week which for me usually means we're through. So Michael and I braced our selves accordingly and headed to the doctor last Thursday to do another ultra-sound. Well we have a heart beat. After a few more days of spotting the doctor said he wanted the blood work done. Well we got the results back from those last night and all is well. The doctor said we need to come in once a week for the next 6 to 7 weeks to do ultra-sounds but hopefully we are okay. So we are headed in again tomorrow. Love you all. Bye.

Update

We went to the doctor on Monday night and he said he couldn't see anything and to come back in on Friday. So we went in today and there has been some progress. Still no heart beat but he says it looks pretty normal. He is figuring we are just barely at 6 weeks. We told him the only thing that was concerning to us is that with our pregnancy in the spring we saw a heart beat at 5 1/2 weeks, an obvious heart beat. But he says it looks normal to him. He wants us back in a few weeks, at which point we will be at nearly 9 weeks and he said you should have no problem seeing a heart beat at that point. He asked if we wanted to have blood work done but I told him we don't want to pay for it. If we are going to miscarry no blood work is going to change that. He seemed to sense our relaxed manner toward the pregnancy and he knew we know the risks. When he asked if we were excited we told him we'll let you know after we see a heart beat until then, whatever happens happens. So I guess now we wait. The "good" thing is I have been feeling like crap all week. I know weird but with my other pregnancies as soon as I stopped feeling that way is when we lost them. I'll keep you posted...ha ha..posted.
